Cape Verde Development sells its products directly, however we also have a select number of approved sales agents who are contracted to adhere to a strict code of ethics. We feel very strongly about having the correct agents aligned to our organization and our code of ethics stipulates that they have an absolute obligation to give our customers accurate and truthful information.

1. When representing a buyer, the agents pledge themselves to protect and promote the interests of their clients. This primary obligation does not relieve the agent of the responsibility to deal fairly and honestly with all parties to the transaction.
2. The agents shall avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation or concealment of pertinent facts relating to the property or the transaction.
3. The agent shall disclose all information on costs of any transaction in a full, fair and accurate manner.
4. Properties can sell quickly, and the agent pledge to keep the client informed, to their best of knowledge, of the current status of any property about which the client has enquired.
5. The agent shall not offer for sale or advertise property at a price different from that agreed with Cape Verde Development.
6. The agent shall prior to the signing of agreements, fully inform the signing party of all potential expenses for which they may be liable.
7. Agents shall encourage parties to a transaction to seek independent legal and or financial representation, and will affect an introduction to such independent sources if so requested.
8. The agent shall ensure the description of a property for sale is accurate, complete and fully reflects all details provided by Cape Verde Development.
9. The agents shall at all times present a true picture in their advertising and representation to the public.
10. The agents shall not misrepresent the availability of property for sale.
