Cape Verde Development announce mortgage availability

Cape Verde Development have successfully negotiated a deal exclusively for their purchasers with one of the main banks in Portugal and its Cape Verde subsidiary to provide mortgages.

The mortgage product is available to finance developments completed and under construction by Cape Verde Development and on comparable terms with the European mainland.

The product includes such innovative ideas such as interest only period options and terms up to 35 years.
